The Silver Mill Restaurant
The vision of the Silver Mill was realized with the collaboration of partners and local residents Tim & Claudette Dringle and Anne Filmore. After spending several months on the restoration of the building, updating equipment and finding the right decor they were ready to open the doors Mother’s Day weekend of 2012.
They consider it an honor to be curators of a historic registrar building and are diligent on preserving its historic integrity while providing excellent food and service!
Tony has a passion for food that is a family tradition instilled in him as a boy growing up in his families’ Italian restaurant in New York State. Tony continued to develop his passion for food in Florida, broadening his seafood experience and menu. With 21 years of experience and a life long passion for culinary arts, it is his pleasure to work with the owners to provide a menu that offers a delightful dining experience.
